Owensboro Neighborhood Alliance Meeting Schedule for January

The Neighborhood Alliance program in Owensboro is one of the most important. Thru this program citizens have a direct link to City Hall and their elected officials. Anyone can and should attent these meeting.

Those who wish to serve on the various boards should contact Mayor Ron Payne (mayor@Owensboro.org) . His office will provide you with a form to fill out and return. Appointments are made on an as needed basis. This is a great way to "make a difference" in our community.

January 2012 Neighborhood Alliance meetings are scheduled as follows:

• Apollo Area Alliance – 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 24 at Century Christian Church.
• Audubon Bon Harbor Area Alliance – 6:30 p.m. on Monday, January 9 at Audubon Church of Nazarene.
• Dogwood Azalea Neighborhood Alliance – 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 19 at the Edge Ice Center.
• Dugan Best Neighborhood Alliance – 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 24 at the Dugan Best Recreation Center.
• Hillcrest Area Alliance – 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 11 at the Owensboro Christian Church Community Room.
• Midtown East Neighborhood Alliance – 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 5 at Buena Vista Baptist Church.
• Northwest Area Alliance – 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 24 at the HL Neblett Center.
• Old Owensboro Neighborhood Alliance – 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 10 at the Owensboro Police Department Community Room.
• Seven Hills Neighborhood Alliance – 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 5 at Trinity United Methodist Church.
• Shifley-York Neighborhood Alliance – 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 10 at Lewis Lane Baptist Church.
• Southeast Alliance – 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 12 at Newton Parrish Elementary School.
• Wesleyan-Shawnee Neighborhood Alliance – 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 24 at Kentucky Wesleyan College’s Winchester Center.
