Owensboro’s Matt Atkins Gets His Official PGA Tour Card

Hey Owensboroans, it's time to be very proud again. Are you ready? Because one of our very own is now officially a member of the PGA Tour.

The Apollo graduate proudly displayed his PGA Tour card on an Instagram post late Sunday night:

What an amazing day! This is a result of something much more than one day or one season. I have the best support group around me. I wouldn't want to do this with anyone else by my side. My whole family, all of my friends, my coach, my caddie, sponsors, everyone. They're the best team. PGA Tour here we come!
