Tuesday, March 29 at 1:00 and 6:30 - Kindergarten Performance—Audubon’s kindergarten students will showcase their singing and acting skills as they share what they have learned about communities.

Wednesday, March 30 - Field Trip- 3rd grade to Mammoth Cave; Spirit Day- wear your Burns colors and show school pride
Thursday, March 31 - Hat Day- pay $1 to wear a hat. All proceeds got to Cystic Fibrosis. Also - Wulfe Brothers will be in concert at BES at 12:15 in the gym. They will be performing Kentucky: The Place…The history, the people, the music.

East View Elementary will be hosting a Kenergy Assembly for 3rd grade on Tuesday and 4th Grade on Wednesday. They will learn about electrical safety. Thursday, 3-4-5 graders will enjoy an African dance assembly in the school gym at 1pm.
As a staff we will be hosting a Soup Day for Alma and Friends on Thursday from 10:30-1 to help support her charity that meets the needs of many of our students at East View!

Wednesday 11:30 Students who have reached the 50 point club in Accelerated Reader will have lunch with the principal.
Thursday Tamarack’s staff has been hosting their own NCAA Tournament. The Novice Corn hole Athletic Activity has been a 16 bracket tournament with staff members playing matches after school. Students in the After School Program have been enjoying watching the friendly competition. The Glenn Young Championship Game will be held during a short assembly on Thursday, Match 31st in the gym beginning at 1:30. Tamarack’s first Principal, Glenn Young is planning to be here to host the event.

We will be having community volunteers come to present how they use science every day in their job and in their lives. We have several companies that send volunteers to BMS to share how they use science.
