Due to a rise in COVID-19 cases in the area, Owensboro's Bridge Night, scheduled for this Friday and Saturday, will no longer be an in-person event. The lighting of the bridge will be live-streamed.

Owensboro's Blue Bridge is being painted and we have pictures. Closed since May 15, right after the Owensboro International Barbecue Festival, the bridge's painters are making great headway.
