Turning Left at THESE Two Intersections on Frederica Street in Owensboro Is a Special Kind of Problem [VIDEO]

It's really never a good idea to turn left onto Frederica Street without the benefit of a traffic light. On the other hand, if it's really late, and traffic is light, go ahead and do it. Beats waiting for a seemingly interminable light to turn green.

But, today, I am not here to debate the unnecessarily lengthy amount of time certain lights stay red.

I'm here to discuss turning left onto Owensboro's busiest street from the following two thoroughfares (great word--not used nearly enough):
