Joe Lowe was a guy both Kirk Kirkpatrick and I admired. Joe and I talked about retirement on several occasions. And, on the occasion of my retirement this week I'd like to dedicate this interview to Joe's memory and our friendship.

When last we met on this topic it was the end of the second week of my Weight Watchers diet. Now, my waist is down another half-inch and I lost another pound.
