Charlotte was Named Kentucky Duchess at Kentucky State Festivals [PHOTOS]

Angel here!  As many of you know we traveled to the Kentucky State Festivals Pageant in Lexington on Saturday.  I wanted to share with you all how Charlotte did!  

Charlotte is headed to Nationals in Pigeon Forge as Kentucky Duchess 2017.  I think that state title has quite a nice ring to it.  Of course as her mother she will always be royalty to me.

Every single child that walked that stage was breathtaking!  I am glad I didn't have to be a judge because the dresses, sass, and precious babies were just overflowing!  I believe there were 95 contestants in her part of the pageant.

What I loved most about the day was that my daughter has no fear.  She loves the stage, people, and performing!  I noticed most contestants hit every single X on stage.  Nope not Charlotte!  She stopped at two X's and saw a runway in front of her and she did her thing!

I am of course bias but our daughter is amazing.  Not because she got a crown or trophy but because she has this vivacious personality that shines no matter where she goes.

And a huge shout out to two special people that made this weekend possible!  My husband for always going with the flow, being a complete rockstar, and loving us no matter how crazy we are, and to Lisa Aull of Lil' Bit Sassy Children's Boutique, she sponsored Charlotte in the pageant and always does.  We love you Aunt Wisi!

So I guess we are National Bound in July!  I sure am enjoying this fun journey with our girl!  As always thank you for letting me share her with you~
