Locals Launch Online Movement to Get Trader Joe’s in Owensboro

Sunday morning, I was scrolling through Facebook and noticed that several of my friends were sharing a Trader Joe's link.  It's a link that allows you to "recommend a location where you'd like to see a Trader Joe's location."  And folks in Owensboro are rallying behind the idea of getting one here!

I used to go to Trader Joe's when I lived in San Diego, California.  There are a dozen or so Trader Joe's locations there and the company has had stores on the west coast for decades.  And now, there's an effort to get a TJ's here!  As a matter of fact, the closest Trader Joe's locations to the WBKR listening area are in Nashville and Louisville.  So, heck, I' m on board with this!  Let's get a Trader Joe's closer to town!
